Ordering Information

If the item(s) that you order are in stock, they will be shipped on the next business day. If they are not in stock, please allow up to one week for us to make and ship the items. Once your order is made, we will ship it via UPS Insured Ground Service. If you would like your order shipped using overnight or second-day air services, or U.S. Mail (UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes), please note your preferences in the "Additional Comments" box located on the order form. We will email you with the actual shipping charges associated with your order.

If you are in a rush, you may contact us at (800) 333-5678 and we will do everything possible to get your order to you by your deadline. You can also give us further instructions about your order and when you need it in the, "Additional Comments" provided on our ordering page.

To Order:

1. Ablaze™ Candles has an easy to use shopping cart system. When you see a candle you like, all you have to do is choose the quantity. When you press the "Add to Shopping Cart" button, that item is placed in your shopping cart. Note: You can change the items in your shopping cart at any time. Just press the "View Basket" button.
2. When you are ready to checkout, simply press the "Checkout" button and you will be taken to our ordering page. Here you will be given the chance to review your order again. After you are sure your order is correct, just fill out the form provided and push the "Submit Order" button. Read Why Our Shopping Cart Is Safe

Still don't want to use a credit card online? That's quite all right. Just follow the easy steps below:

1. Fill out the order form and check the "Call for Credit Card Number" box. Please make sure your phone number is correct. You may contact us during normal business hours (9a-5p EST) at 1-800-333-5678 (toll free) or 1-513-244-2999.
   
2. Complete the order form on-line except for your credit card number. Print out this form and then add your credit card number and fax it to us at (513) 244-2555.
   
3. Complete the entire order form and mail it to:
